Summer 2020

This design proposes a pavilion for the Blake Gardens park near the Berkeley campus and takes inspiration from the changing geometry of its infamous Fuchsia Bracelinae as it blossoms over time. With the pavillion being located in an open area amidst a diverse array of plants, its form produces a striking contrast with the Blake estate’s old-style exterior and provides a shaded area for park visitors to enjoy to their needs.
